Some Testimonials for Diane - see below for Patricia's
My sessions with Diane have been remarkable; I had no idea the reason I was not happy was because of the 'baggage' I have been carrying around. It's all gone now, thanks to EFT and I feel fabulous.

"I booked to see Diane for a three month set of sessions in order to get my life back on track and lose some weight. We worked together through my personal issues until I was ready to start my life again. I use EFT on myself all the time and find that just a quick call to Diane will keep me on track. She is intuitive, gentle and an inspiration"

"I received life coaching from Di a few years ago at what was a very difficult time, I had just came out of a long term relationship, I didn't like my job and felt lost as to where I wanted to go with my life. Di helped me step back and gain some objectivity which led me to find my own answers rather than telling me what I should do (unlike well meaning friends). Her guidance and support made a real difference and even now, though I'm much happier (new career, new partner, new town) I still look back at the work we did whenever I need to re-focus.
I highly recommend coaching for anyone wanting to get back on track whether it be for personal or professional reasons"

THE WHO2 STORY
We have sometimes received puzzled queries over our name. ‘What does WHO2 mean?’ and ‘Why spell Wholistic with a W?’ So to end the confusion, you may notice that we have qualified our Title with ‘Motivation for a Whole New Life with The WHO2 Wisdom Way.’ We hope that this describes more accurately WHO we are and what we do.
Actually, apart from the fact that WHO is the beginning of WHOlistic, it also contains the initials of our surnames, Wynne and Holliday, with the 2 signifying the two of us. And spoken out loud, you’ll observe that this is the sound made by the OWL perched close by! The Owl represents the Wisdom of the Roman goddess Minerva, synonymous with the Greek Athena. Very briefly, her mother was the goddess of crafty thought, while she also inherited the cunning intelligence of her father Zeus or Jupiter. As patron of arts and crafts, poetry, music and medicine, she is depicted wearing helmet and armour as protector of civilisation, justice and truth.
She is the virgin Goddess of Feminine Intelligence, counterpart but not mate, of Ares or Mars the God of War, and known as ‘bright-eyes’, referring to her Owl-like attributes. But what exactly is the wisdom of the Owl? This bird sits quietly by day, watching and waiting and only becomes active at night, with its special ability to see in the dark. So what does this mean psychologically?
Everything we see, hear and experience during our waking life is processed by the unconscious mind while we sleep, relax and stop thinking so much. This assimilation gives coherence and makes meaning of our lives, because if deprived of sleep we would hallucinate and become irrational. There are people who claim to have little need for sleep and those who declare they never dream, and there are people who are so identified with rational thinking that they have lost touch with their feelings, (you may identify the type of person I refer to in the public eye and politics etc.) but whether there is any correlation there I don’t know. I only know that I need my eight hours and am fascinated by my dreams.
As any Harry Potter fan will know, Birds (like Angels) represent messengers and Dreams are messages from the unconscious as our own Owl is activated during sleep. Take heed of your dreams! Dreams can reinforce your sense of self or remind you that a matter needs attention, enlighten you about another person or situation, or even give a warning. A nightmare is just your dream-self shouting at you to wake up and take notice. There are times when you are awake but in a dreaming state; as when you’re doing something tedious or repetitious and in a daydream. Hypnotherapy, NLP and Emotional Freedom Technique take advantage of this tendency to help you into dialogue with your unconscious mind because that’s the only way to understand what’s going on beneath the surface of consciousness and re-adjust the way your mind is programmed.
At WHO2 we use the Wisdom Way to help clients understand how alcohol, food, tobacco and other addictions, anxiety and depression, fears and phobias, psychosomatic and chronic illness are symptoms of blockages in the body’s energy system that may have been accumulating for years. As with a nightmare, it sometimes takes a desperate situation before we wake up and decide we really do need to change.
With all the techniques in mind and body energywork that comprise The Wisdom Way, there is no condition that cannot respond. While there are the ‘one-minute wonders’ when rapid change takes place, mostly it takes a little time for the mind to let go of old familiar ways of thinking, to take on new attitudes and patterns of behaviour in the Way of Wisdom.
To adapt the old rhyme…
The wise old owl sits in the tree
Of life and sees right into me;
And in the dark her Wisdom’s heard;
If I’d but heed that wise old bird
